Selain itu, kehadiran pabrik BYD di Subang akan memberikan dampak ekonomi yang signifikan, terutama dalam menciptakan 18.000 lapangan kerja yang baru.

Sejak akhir tahun 2025, BYD terus melakukan pembukaan lowongan kerja besar-besaran untuk sejumlah posisi dan kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan untuk ditempatkan di Subang, Jawa Barat.

1. Custom Specialist

Responsibilities：

1. Manage material shipments throughout the process, including :

Handle company department delivery plans (CN-ID) and requirements, and set schedule;
Transmit the transportation material information included in the delivery plan to the customs clearance agency, and collect additional information from the company's internal departments according to the requirements of the customs broker; Check whether the HS code classification opinions provided by the customs clearance agency are reasonable; whether they are consistent with the opinions provided by the company; Confirm whether the Indonesia import restrictions provided by the customs clearance agency are completed.
Output classification opinions and restrictions to the internal department, and confirm that department prepares relevant documents;
Confirm the cargo shipping information and transmit all customs clearance information to the customs broker;
Update the shipping status on daily basis, and compile monthly delivery information on monthly basis, and deliver the cleared data for filing.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree or above;
Able to use English as the main working and communication language; Candidates with a proficiency in Chinese will be given preference.
Candidates with customs clearance experience are preferred;
Have understanding of customs affairs, and understand the customs clearance process and document requirements of the Indonesia customs;
Have good time planning and coordination skills, and be able to manage the progress of the projects he/she is responsible for;
Have a general understanding in HS code classification, and have experience in manufacturing import and export declaration, able to understand the incoterms; Processing trade/Vehicle industry work experience is preferred.

2. Multimedia Specialist

Job Description:

Create and design visual content for internal company events, such as posters, videos, and invitations.
Support corporate culture activities by producing promotional materials for events like staff care programs, holiday celebrations, and team building.
Design and update internal display content, including bulletin boards, internal newsletters, and digital screens.
Occasionally support external events or corporate communications with promotional content. Maintain archives of promotional materials and collect feedback to improve future communications.

Job Requirements:

College’s degree or above, preferably in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Communications, or related fields;
Proficient in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, or other editing tools;
Strong aesthetic sense and creative thinking, with the ability to complete design tasks independently;
Responsible, with strong communication and coordination skills to work across departments;
Experience in corporate communication, event planning, or promotional design is a plus.

3. General Manager Manufacturing

Responsibilities

Lead overall manufacturing and plant operations.
Ensure production targets for safety, quality, cost, and delivery are achieved.
Manage cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Logistics.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
Work closely with Supply Chain, and other business functions to align production with market demand.
Monitor plant performance and implement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and productivity.
Develop and coach high-performing teams while fostering a culture of safety and operational excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in the automotive industry, with significant experience in manufacturing leadership，5 years related experience as General Manager.
Strong knowledge of automotive manufacturing operations and the Indonesian automotive market.
Proven leadership and people or corporate management skills.
Experience in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement is preferred.
Fluent in English

10+ years of work experience with Automotive Manufacturing

4. Process Engineer

Responsibilities

Process Development: Responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of manufacturing processes.
Documentation: Compile, update, and manage comprehensive process documents and standard operating procedures (SOP).
Trial & Verification: Oversee process verification, lead trial production phases, and prepare detailed summary reports.
Optimization & Maintenance: Perform failure analysis, drive continuous process optimization, and maintain process stability on the production floor.
Other Duties: Complete and undertake other work tasks assigned by the leadership.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science, or related engineering fields.
Fluent in Mandarin and Indonesian (both spoken and written).
Experience in process engineering, trial production, or manufacturing process optimization (preferably within a battery or automotive factory environment) is preferred.
Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and familiarity with failure analysis tools.
